2. What we collect

We only collect personal data you give us voluntarily. We do not buy databases and we do not obtain data from third parties.

• Quote form. Name, company, phone, email and the project description you write. The page you sent the request from is also recorded.
• Direct contact. Whatever you include when you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
• Web analytics. Only if you allow it in the cookie notice: pages visited, time on page and technical browser data, with the IP address anonymised. This information is aggregated and does not identify you.

We do not collect sensitive data or data about minors. If you need to share technical documentation containing third-party data, tell us first so we can agree how to handle it.

3. What we use it for

• Answering your request and preparing the quote or technical proposal.
• Contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp during that process.
• Performing, invoicing and following up the contract, if we reach one.
• Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• Understanding in aggregate how the site is used, if you allowed analytics.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not pass it to advertisers and we make no automated decisions about you.

4. Authorisation

Processing rests on the prior, express and informed authorisation you give by ticking the box on the quote form, and on performance of the contract where a commercial relationship exists. You may withdraw that authorisation at any time through the channels in section 7, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep the information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The site sets no cookie until you decide. Your choice is stored in the browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and you can change it at any time from Cookie preferences or from the footer link.

Rejecting analytics limits no feature of the site. If you reject it after having accepted, we delete those cookies from your browser straight away.

6. Who else processes your data

We work with providers acting as data processors, handling data only on our instructions. Their servers sit outside Colombia, so an international transfer takes place, which you authorise by accepting this policy:

Beyond these cases we share your data with no one, except at the request of a competent authority.

7. Your rights

As the data subject, Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 grants you the right to:

• Know, update and rectify your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorisation you gave.
• Be told how we have used your data.
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
• Withdraw authorisation or request deletion, where no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
• Access your personal data free of charge.

8. How to exercise them

The administrative area of Senerging S.A.S handles requests, queries and complaints. Write to Administrativo@senerging.com with your name, a contact detail, a description of what you are asking for and any documents you wish to attach.

• Queries: answered within ten (10) business days. If that is not possible, we tell you and give the date it will be resolved, no more than five (5) further business days.
• Complaints: resolved within fifteen (15) business days. If that is not possible, we tell you and give the new date, no more than eight (8) further business days.

If a complaint arrives incomplete, we will let you know within the following five (5) days so you can correct it. After two months with no reply from you, we will take the matter as dropped.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information: encryption in transit over HTTPS with HSTS, a content security policy on the server, corporate email access restricted to the staff handling requests, and providers chosen for their security guarantees. No system is infallible, but any incident affecting your data will be notified as the law requires.

10. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to two (2) years, in case you pick the project up again. Data tied to a contract is kept for the life of the commercial relationship and for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics 4 settings and does not identify you.

11. Validity and changes

This policy applies from 29 August 2026 and the databases will remain active for as long as they are needed for the purposes described. If we amend it, we will publish the new version here with its date; substantial changes will be communicated through the available contact channels.
