Electrical maintenance and power quality

We keep your electrical installations safe and running without interruptions, with preventive, predictive and corrective plans. We serve critical systems where continuity is not negotiable.

What we do

The failure that never happens

Corrective maintenance always arrives at the worst moment. Preventive maintenance is scheduled when it suits you, and predictive maintenance warns you before something breaks.

We service substations, dry and oil immersed transformers, panelboards and motors, with thermography, grounding measurements and power quality studies. We also upgrade existing installations for their RETIE recertification.

01

Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

02

Maintenance of substations, transformers (dry and oil immersed), panelboards and motors.

03

Thermographic analysis to detect hot spots before failure.

04

Grounding and transformer measurements.

05

Power quality studies and improvement (harmonics and power factor).

06

Upgrades and RETIE recertification of existing installations.

What we service

Equipment we maintain

Each piece of equipment has its own routine, frequency and measurements. The plan is built after seeing the installation, not before.

01 · Substation

Substations

Cleaning, connection torqueing, switchgear inspection and verification of protective devices.

02 · Transformer

Transformers

Dry and oil immersed: testing, measurements and analysis of insulation condition.

03 · Panelboards

Panelboards and protection

Busbar inspection, connection torque and breaker condition.

04 · Thermography

Thermographic analysis

Hot spot detection with the installation under load, before it fails.

05 · Grounding

Grounding systems

Resistance measurement and verification of the protection system.

06 · Power

Power quality

Harmonics and power factor study, with an improvement proposal.

Why it pays off

What your operation gains from a plan kept current

In a clinic, a hotel or a plant, one hour without power costs far more than the maintenance that would have prevented it.

Let's talk about your project
Fewer unplanned stops

Critical points are caught during the routine, not when they stop working.

Service without shutting down

We schedule switching around the window you have available.

Equipment that lasts longer

Periodic torqueing and cleaning extend the life of transformers and panelboards.

Consumption under control

The power quality study identifies what raises the bill without delivering service.

An installation in order

We carry out whatever upgrades RETIE recertification requires.

A record of the system

Every intervention is documented, and that shapes the decisions that follow.

How we work

From assessment to plan

Five stages and one accountable firm. First we see the installation; then we propose, not the other way around.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

How often should a substation be maintained?
As a reference, at least one preventive maintenance per year is recommended; in critical or high demand systems it may be more frequent. After an assessment we define the right plan.
What is a power quality study?
It is an analysis that measures harmonics, power factor and disturbances in your network to identify problems that damage equipment or raise consumption, and to propose solutions.
Do you perform RETIE recertification?
Yes. We carry out the necessary upgrades and support the RETIE recertification of existing installations.
Can you work without cutting the power?
Much of the assessment, such as thermography, is done with the installation under load. Switching that requires an outage is scheduled in the window you agree.
What is thermography for?
It detects hot spots in connections and equipment while the installation is running. A hot spot is a failure that has not happened yet.
Do you handle emergencies?
We provide corrective maintenance as well as preventive. If you already have a plan with us, we know your installation and the response is faster.
